Capturing Life's precious moments

Glenn M Donaghy’s love of photography began when he bought his first camera, a Kodak Brownie, at a yard sale for 50 cents when he was 9 years old.  He was an amateur nature and portrait photographer for years, and finally decided to make the leap to professional photography in 2003, after winning numerous awards as an amateur.  He has received multiple awards from the SC Festival of Flowers Photography Exhibition; Montana State-wide Amateur Photography Competition, including Best of Show.  His portrait of two young brothers was the sole representative for SC in the first National Heart Gallery exhibit at Union Station in WashingtonDC in 2005.  The Heart Gallery is a collection of images of children that are in the adoption system waiting to be placed with families.  Glenn’s images are also displayed in private collections across the country.

Glenn lives in Greenwood, SC with his wife, St. Claire, and two daughters, Virginia Glenn and Julia.
